The KX-TD7685 wireless telephone is one of the most versatile wireless telephones Panasonic has come out with yet! The KX-TD7685 is made to work with theKX-TDA50G, KX-TDA100, KX-TDA200 and KX-TAW848 multi-cell wireless telephone systems. The KX-TD7685 has lots of built in goodies like, Caller ID, Speaker Phone, a 2.5mm headset jack, 12 programmable feature keys, Silent or vibrate ringer modes, 1000 system and 100 personal speed dial numbers, voicemail message waiting indication, and a 5-line backlit LCD display! One cute feature of the KX-TD7685 is "Auto Answer". When in this more, another caller, on the system, automatically comes over the two-way speaker. No ringing. You just start talking right away! But the best part about the Panasonic KX-TD7685, is that it's part of a wireless-cell station network. You see, with traditional wireless telephones, you were always "married" to a "Base Station". The quality of your wireless signal, was always dependent on how far you were, and how much stuff there was between you and the "Base Station". NOT WITH THE KX-TD7685 ! The Panasonic KX-TD7685 gets it's signal from the KX-T0155 "Cell Station". Why does this matter? Because you can put a Cell Station almost anywhere in your Business! Just put another KX-T0155 upstairs. Now the downstairs Cell Station will "Hand off" the call, on your KX-TD7685, to the upstairs Cell Station as you move through the building.
