Technology: Mitel’s technology score reflects leadership in the area of virtualization. Continued VMware integration, along with enhanced cloud-based offerings and mobility integration, will help Mitel to maintain this position.
Customer service: Customer service scores place Mitel in the top 50 percentile. The organization has opportunities for improvement as it continues to help organizations support Mitel virtualized solutions.
